It is a blessing to have a professional stylist who is passionate about her craft, caring, attentive, and gifted in her purpose – this is Janet! She takes her time, she’s very thorough, and she shares insight on the best methods for personalized care. Janet is all about healthy hair – period! I enjoy my “self-care” appointments in her relaxing salon, and I leave feeling uplifted. My natural hair has transitioned from flatiron over-processing to soft, bouncy, and healthy. It feels good, it looks good, and is the healthiest it has ever been. To God be the Glory for Janet and her spirit of service, kindness, and excellence. I am grateful and appreciative for what she has done for my hair. Thank you, Janet, for being my stylist!

I moved to North Carolina from Long Island, New York. Finding a great stylist was of utmost importance. Quite so, because I wore wigs for 8 years. I was led to Beyond Beauty Salon and Spa. Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted by a warm and pleasant smile of the owner, Janet. My edges were my focus, due to wig wearing, someone familiar with natural hair styling, a stylist who could provide me with  healthy hair growth and style, on each appointment. Janet has truly met and exceeded my expectations. It has now been 2 years and I will continue to look forward to my appointments. When people stop and ask, who did my hair, I give that warm and pleasant smile and say, "Janet, owner of Beyond Beauty Salon and Spa"!
